JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Business Office Manager has a broad range of duties, assisting the company’s management team as needed. The duties vary from standard secretarial tasks to making sound judgment calls in the absence of the Business Office Manager.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (list specific job duties)

A. Answer Phones and transfer to appropriate department / e-mail messages

B. Customer Service / Help guests with Front Door Alarm

C. Order Office Supplies / Maintain Office Machines (call appropriate vendors)

D. Establishes and maintains accounts and account records for all payable for the facility

E. Prepares, processes, and submits payroll data for facility

F. Establishes and maintains personnel files for all facility staff

G. Balances Petty Cash Fund

H. Claims

I. Support Business Office Manager when needed





JOB DESCRIPTION
ASSISTANT BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

? A high school diploma required.
? Basic bookkeeping skills required
? Working knowledge of common office machines is necessary
? Computer literacy required
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
